PetFix Northeast Ohio is proud to offer urgent care teletriage services to our clients through video telehealth with VetTriage veterinarians. They will triage your pet to assess if you are facing an emergency that requires an immediate visit to the affiliated veterinary emergency hospital. If you do not need to go in, they will provide home care and monitoring instructions until PetFix is available their next operating day. In the event you need immediate assistance, they will contact the emergency veterinary hospital to arrange care between you, the emergency hospital and PetFix.

1. Complete the form below and click Continue to access our secure portal. Have your yellow medical record document available.
2. Click Purchase Session to enter your credit/debit card or PayPal information. All sessions are $50 USD (or local equivalent i.e. CAD) regardless of duration.
3. Click Request Session to connect with a veterinarian for a live video chat.

How VetTriage Works

Step 1

To begin your session, complete the registration information or if you are a returning client, login using your email address. After clicking “Continue” you will be directed to our secure client payment portal.

Step 2

After entering our secure payment portal, click Purchase Session. You’ll then see payment options including credit or debit cards, and PayPal. Select your payment method and complete the transaction. All sessions are $50 regardless of duration.

Step 3

After completing payment, click the Request Session button to connect directly with a licensed veterinarian. The doctor will triage your pet’s condition. If there is a medical emergency, they will work to connect you with the closest veterinary ER or on-call veterinarian.
