The VetTriage veterinarians will provide the same level of quality care you receive during normal business hours. They will triage the pet to assess if you are facing an emergency that requires immediate emergency care. If you do not need to go in, they will provide home care and monitoring instructions. In the event you need immediate assistance, VetTriage will coordinate your visit with the nearest emergency hospital.

How VetTriage Works
Step 1
To begin your session, complete the registration information or if you are a returning client, login using your email address. After clicking “Continue” you will be directed to our secure client payment portal.
Step 2
After entering our secure payment portal, click Purchase Session. You’ll then see a section to enter a coupon code, enter the code given to you by the Pets In Need team.
Step 3
After submitting the coupon code, click the Request Session button to connect directly with a licensed veterinarian. The doctor will triage your pet’s condition. If there is a medical emergency, they will work to connect you with the closest veterinary ER or on-call veterinarian.
